These days people are bombarded with new diets, workouts, surgeries, supplements and advise. It is difficult to navigate through this information and frustrating to spend your time and money on things that are ineffective.
Our company is based on the 5 aspects of fitness, that include spirit, mind, action, repair and guidance. In order to achieve amazing results, all areas need to be addressed.
1. First is the spirit. Are you passionate about the change?
2. Second is the mind.The mind controls everything you do and everything/everyone you perceive.
3. Third is repair, which includes nutrition, sleep, and other techniques to mend and repair the stress that occurs in one's body during exercise.
4. Fourth is the action. What are you doing everyday to ensure your success? What habits (eating, workouts, sleep, meditation, positive thinking, positive talk, etc) are you starting to improve on a daily basis?
5. Fifth is guidance. How can your trainer, coach, mentor, family and friends help you to reach your goals?
As a trainer for 12 years, I have seen thousands of people attempt to make changes to their physique.....the ones who succeed use the above tips consistently to achieve their goals.
