We'd be happy to sit down with you and review your current marketing materials. We can offer you a free analysis of your website and any other marketing collateral you may be using.
Please let me know if you are interested. I look forward to hearing from you.
Thanks for the post Dawn. I will check out the web page you speak of. My web page is http://www.lanmatrix.net.
I do have a question. At what point do I begin paying for your services related to Marketing? What all is included in your initial review? To be real honest, I can't afford to spend money where I won't see actual results immediately.
Our free consultation would include a review of your website and any marketing materials you are currently using.
For instance if we look at your online marketing, your web traffic reports are one of the critical things we would analyze. You need to be looking at these as you are doing any kind of marketing in order to track your progress and see results. For example, if you send out an enews, exhibit at a tradeshow, or launch a direct mail campaign you will hopefully see a spike in your number of website visitors.
Based on review of your existing materials we will make suggestions on how you could improve them or what additional pieces may be helpful for your particular business.
We will also discuss your sales and marketing goals - what specific results are you looking for? Increasing the size of your mailing list? Getting visitors to sign up for a seminar? Increasing your sales? We will need to define these specific goals so we can help you establish a method for tracking the results.
Some of our recommendations you may be able to execute yourself - I know you are in the technology industry so maybe you have the ability to update your website? If you need help executing changes, that is where you could hire us to help on a per project basis. You could also hire us for future consulting as necessary.
Hope that answers your questions. Feel free to give me a call if you want to discuss further.
hi jack - i reviewed at your website. i would first find out what you want to spend per year on your marketing efforts. usually companies spend 5-10% of gross revenues. say you bill out $500k your mktg budget should be $25-50k. you're going to want to create a marketing plan and allocate your dollars wisely. you want to make sure you're branded well and have a great positioning statement that differentiates you from others. perhaps even specialize in a niche market. from there you consistently touch your prospects on a monthly or bimonthly basis whether you call (cheap), send mailers, e blasts, promotions or drive them to your website to name a few. just make sure you manage a focused lead list... your marketing is only as good as your list.
oh yeah jack - i forgot to mention... this isn't going to be easy. it takes a lot of your time and you have to be passionate about growing your business! i know you get busy, it's hard to get away to focus on marketing but that's the time you need to keep marketing your company.
