Great PR: Restaurant Week - OC Weekly, OC Where, LA Times and Daily Pilot.

What was your biggest mistake?

Having too much wine inventory priced over $35 per bottle when the recession hit.

What was your smartest move?

200 wines under $20 per bottle. More wines on the tasting menu. Added light food & three cheese platters.

Expansion.
