Anticipated to become one of Southern California's premier film and TV production companies, 336 Productions is already carving out a name for itself among clients and colleagues in the Orange County and Los Angeles area, with a client list including a multitude of creative ventures from corporate parties, and creative individual projects to edgy and on-the-rise production imports.

With a desire to preserve the highest standards on all their projects, 336 Productions forges ahead of the competition using the most advanced production equipment and post-production software. Their work and operations speak for themselves. How did you come up with the idea for your business?

After receiving their degrees in Film and Video Production, Marlowe Greenlee and Josh Stone aggressively dove head first into the entertainment and film industry, with Greenlee and Stone both getting in with production companies in Orange County and in Los Angeles, respectively. After several years working, both eventually realized it was time to put their degrees, industry experience and matched enthusiasm for their work to use, and turned their attention to making their dream of starting their own business into a reality.

Inspired by a chance encounter during a film class, FEA 336 (read: film and electronic arts) while at California State University, Long Beach, along with their shared vision to create a client-based company, co-founders Greenlee and Stone launched 336 Productions. To date, the company has worked on more than 30 projects. Since then, 336 Productions has stepped up to its reputation of maintaining a personalized relationship with clients and projects, while staying true to their product, and always enjoying what they do.

What's been your greatest moment so far? (i.e. Signing your first client, getting the big order, some great PR?)

The premiere in Feb. of our first feature length film, "The Compass." Over 900 people came to the Grove of Anaheim to celebrate the first screening.
