- CEO Advisors Network provides local business owners, entrepreneurs, partners, managing directors, CEOs and corporate executives a forum to improve their individual leadership skills and their company’s overall performance by facilitating monthly meetings called CEO PeerSpectives.
These groups, also known as Mastermind groups comprise of people like you who run small and medium size companies or divisions such as finance, accounting, sales and marketing, production, etc. in your market from non-competing businesses who share priceless and executable ideas that will have an immediate impact in your business and bottom-line profitability.
- Who is your customer?
- Business owners, entrepreneurs, partners, managing directors, CEOs and corporate executives.
- How did you come up with the idea for your business?
- I set out on a journey to find like-minded people who would provide guidance and who would hold me accountable to my goals as a senior executive for Fortune 500 companies as well as a business owner of a number of companies over the last 20 plus years.
- How long have you been in business?
- Since 2002
- What's been your greatest moment so far? (i.e. Signing your first client, getting the big order, some great PR?)
- I have a number of "greatest moments" in my business. However, my most enjoyable moments is when a client calls me to say thank you for their participation in a CEO PeerSpectives group. We often find ourselves lonely at the top as business owners and having a group of peers that take a sincere interest in one another's success is extremely gratifying.
- What was your biggest mistake?
- My biggest mistakes came when I thought I could do everything on my own and refused to seek out support from others who had the experience that would have saved me countless hours of lost sleep and money.
- What was your smartest move?
- Going into business for myself as I am sure many of you would agree!
- What are your business plans? (i.e. Expansion, franchising, selling for a gazillion dollars?)
- Establishing additional CEO PeerSpectives roundtables for local business leaders and decision makers.

Who Participates?
The PeerSpectives protocol works for leaders of for-profit companies and nonprofit organizations. These individuals might be the founder, chief executive officer or executive director. Or, they might be in charge of a specific business function such as product development, operations, technology, fund raising or marketing. They reach across all industry sectors.
These leaders, regardless of their position or business focus, often encounter decisions they have never faced before. These tough decisions involve business associates, family and employees. They revolve around company culture, customers, direction of the organization, marketing, product development, succession planning, finances and more. During these times, it's easy to feel alone, wondering where to turn for help. It might not be the appropriate time to take these problems to family members, boards or even a business adviser. And if the leader is running a particular business function, they might need help devising solutions before bringing their issue to those in charge.
During these times, leaders are managing stress and accessing opportunities to gain competitive advantage by turning to their most trusted sources — their peers. They rely more on the experiences of those who are "living it," as well as those who have "been there, done that," than they do on traditional seminars and educational programs.
